Overall Rating:

Taste: 3.5 of 5 leaves – A decent tasty tea.
Steepability: 3 of 5 leaves — this tea is a bit delicate. White tea can be little tricky, make sure not to oversteep.

With the first sip, this tea gave me a chuckle an brought me back to being a kid again. You may wonder why. It tastes just like Cap’n Crunch! Seriously. This is not a joke. For this, I love this tea! It was so much fun to drink. I never though this would happen, either. There are no strange ingredients or sweeteners added. It is a blend of white tea, bamboo leaves and pomegranate. Somehow this creates an immediate flashback to the 1980’s when Cap’n Crunch was one of my favorite treats. Fun! It is a light, sweet, fragrant and easy to drink cuppa that will help you feel better this winter.

Other things that are fun about this tea: it helps boost your immune system (good name then, huh!) and We Are Tea is a wonderful and award-winning, independent tea company from the UK. Good stuff! So, give this tea a try.

Holy crunch berries! Abby & I tasted this tea together and had the same thought, call capt’n crunch, he’d love this tea! That being said, I really l really like it. It’s not an everyday tea for me, but when you’re in the mood for a sweet tea without the need for sugar this is a winner! I’d drink it just for the berry taste but who couldn’t use a boost of immunity?

After our tea party I had about 1/2 a pot of this left. I put it in the fridge to drink iced. Then I got the brilliant idea to mix it 1/2 & 1/2 with lemonade. The result was delicious crunch berry lemonade. What? I’m a genius you say? I know 😉 enjoy!
