Iced Green Tea Latte Recipe (Starbucks copycat)

I LOVE the iced green tea lattes from Starbucks. So much so that I decided I’d better figure out how to make one at home before I went broke! I assumed that there was matcha powder in there & I was right! Turns out, they’re pretty easy to make. I looked up several recipes but found that none of the amounts were right for my taste so here is my version.

3 teaspoons matcha powder (I used Rishi’s sweet matcha)
4 ounces hot water (not boiling)
2 teaspoons sugar
8 ounces cold milk

Use a bamboo tea whisk (get one here) to blend matcha into the hot water. Then blend sugar into mix. Stir in cold milk. Pour over ice. It’s that easy! 🙂

Enjoy!
